Don’t spend much time and money to lose weight.

It’s very simple.
Your body works in general the same as a car engine.
If you drive your car at a speed of 60 mph the engine runs the most economic.
Your body works the same, jogging at a normal speed will burn very little calories .
Now we put the pedal to the metal run your car full power,
and you know you will empty your gas tank very quick.
The same with your body full power will burn fat 10 times more this way.
You can use every exercise you want.
I prefer a home trainer with flywheel.
Now we all know you cannot exercise full power for an hour.
Not necessary, go full power for 1 or 2 minutes,
and then relax till your heart rate is at a normal rate again (use a heart rate meter).
Do this to start with for about 5 times, and later 10 or more.
15 minutes exercise will the same amount of fat as 6 hours jogging
